failed to upgrade brick-force error

when ever i launch the game it starts up and instantly says "failed the update brick-force. please reload the game".

i reload the game and it does nothing. can anyone help?

Add exceptions for the brickforce launcher and XTrap in your firewall and antivirus.

Are you sure you've done it right? You've added exceptions for both BFLauncher and XTrap's services and processes? That usually always works, I don't see why it shouldn't work. If you're totally sure you've done it right, run it as admin.

the only thing that is not in exceptions is xtrap but when i go to put it in all it is is a folder with nothing in it

Please manually delete the old directory for Brick-Force. Then reinstall the game into an new directory.

This should solve the problem.
