I am proud to announce that The Top Clan List, originally created by PrimColoR.
To be put on the Top Clan List...

1) Private Message this forum account (PrimaryColoR) to inform me that you need to be added.

The Private Message should look like this.

Title: New clan - (Clan name)
Body: My clan needs to be added into the Top Clan List

Once I receive your Private Message, you will be put in Tier 7 to begin with. You will then be able to move up the list through competing against higher tier clans or by getting vouched by the higher tiers.

Vouches
All vouches must be validated by Private Messaging this account. I will not make changes to the list from any other messages such as Skype,Xfire, and etc.

One Clan Vouching Another
Each clan can vouch other clans up to one Tier under it.

Tier 1 can vouch to Tier 2
Tier 2 can vouch to Tier 3
Tier 3 can vouch to Tier 4
Tier 4 can vouch to Tier 5
Tier 5 can vouch to Tier 6
Tier 6 can vouch to Tier 7

**Note: The order in each tier is alphabetical and does not indicate skill**

Rules for Vouching
-Must provide screen shots of play in the Private Message.
-Clan Matches must include 4 members that are currently in the clan that is being vouched.
-Any "friends vouching friends" business will be investigated and revoked if justified.

Sending a Vouch Private Message

Title: Vouching
Body: -Screen shots of the clan match if necessary
-Clan name vouched by the clan name

Self Vouching

Red - Beat all Red Clans 2x
Purple - Beat 100% - if there are less than 3 clans beat all clans twice.
Orange - Beat 100% - if there are less than 3 clans beat all clans twice.
Brown - Beat 75% - if there are less than 3 clans beat all clans twice.
Green - Beat 50%
Blue - Beat 25%

-No ringers can be present on the opposing team in the screen shots. Also, full clan matches only. No exceptions.
-Beating a clan higher than the desired color can substitute for a clan out of the required %.
(Ex: If you need to beat 3 green clans to get green and you beat 2 green clans and a brown clan, that's fine.)
-You may only self-Vouch up one color at a time
-Screen Shots must be on the Private Message.

This is an interesting idea. At first when I saw this I honestly thought you were gonna go on boasting or something, but this is rather nice. It's like a tidy clan record keeper/tourney thingy.
