Permanent Items?

Okay, this might be a really nooby question, and I might just be misusing my sense of sight, but I can't seem to find ANY way to buy an item permanently, like it said in the latest update log.

You can get the 999 Day Weapons by purchasing it with tokens or ten thousands of General Points.

It would seem your wish will come true in the near future. If you watch this video you will see that a character viewing their items has some permanent items, and Mr. Rider (the Infernum staff member in the video) also mentions there will be permanent items. Check it out.

No. At least I didn't see it (looked like an inventory full of 7 day stuff to me), and the guy even said that the items are on a "timer system" right now. I mean technically there are permanent items in the video, but it's all the default stuff that's already permanent now.

That's lacking a few crucial details that I'd like to know, preferably before the Token sale ends. What items will be permanent? How much will they cost? How can they be acquired? From Infernum staff only? Special events or sales? Real money? Tons of GP?
