I think its a bug,or good like you say lag,but this isnt important yo can kill with 1 or 2 shots,in other cases i thing its a bug and u can kill but dont pay atention o this things

The lag is a pain, I can put a whole clip into someone's head, they then turn and POW! I'm dead pretty much instantly, it makes the game unfair and rather dull when you cannot kill people, this also means that earning points is a time consuming business.

Sometimes i lag when there are tons of people i wish they can fit it.
because the lag, my weapons are not impervious to fire, hopefully, although lag can still shoot
