No bug here. You didn't get the Golden Toy Hammer because you didn't refer 3 people to the closed beta, and you didn't get the BF Helmet because you didn't sign up for the closed beta.
If I'm wrong, you should contact the support about your missing items, but you'd be the first person with missing items I heard of.
I have to agree with lunboks, it sounds like you wern't apart of the closed beta testing. Given you were not a CBT you won't be able to get those items. If you were apart of the closed beta testing then you should file a ticket with support. They can be reached at http://support.infernum.com/ where you can log in to your account and file a ticket.
